Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ninepine gear, but if the fit isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Securely seal the parcel to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality check is complete.
